We ran a web based training session for the Americas this week. We had about 50 people attending. Attached is a summary, including some comments (a positive one from a U.S. sales manager Canby is exceptional, in that I've never heard him make a positive comment on anything).

I think Anastasia did an excellent job in preparing and delivering this, and showed great initiative in moving ahead on her own to organize it.
